     India , " future super power " of the world , is still a developing nation with one-third of young population , is because of many factors.

Once , a great leader said " Young minds makes , a strong India" . As we all know, top companies which are ruling the world are mostly headed by " young minds of India". Smart & hard working brains of our nation is  still working for the growth of many foreign countries , which is contributing "Zero" GDP to India.

Start up's & innovation of this youth can contribute towards many successful technologies and  can create miracles in any field of this world. Indians had many innovations , which completely changed the world scenario.

Government of India is putting forward it's efforts to encourage this innovative ideas , to make many dreams come true. Still, many ideas were back in shade. This is because do to many unethical and immoral practices , even in the field of innovation.

Lack of confidence on the idea may some times stop the journey , but lack of trust is ruling innovation field at present. Powerful people , putting their moral and ethical values aside , selling the ideas of many people to fill their pockets. This is why, many innovations are facing a failure in the hands of wrong persons.

Ethics and moral values will not only effect a single person , but a whole country , when they take part in a major development. We  Indians , are  not only responsible for our growth , but our nation too. Never discourage , even a small idea put forward by any person and never encourage any person just for temporary financial profits , by putting aside your moral and ethical values.

A single seed can give uncountable fruits and flowers , even it is ethical or non-ethical. This may not be seen as a big issue , until we find that this world is full of innovations.
